Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello, I'm Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her wonderful fianc JP at Orange County California. Henry is a happy, go-lucky father. I am most well-known through my Instagram account @annephung. This is where I share my life story. The highs, the lows, and everything in between. When I was just 1 1/2 years old My family and I immigrated into America. If it wasn't because of the sacrifices made by my parents, I wouldn't have been here to share this life with the world. Knowing I had an opportunity for a better life, I worked hard to make them proud and had a clear vision for success. Within my head, I had a plan for life. You go to college and graduate. Be married. Buy a house. Create children. I figured that was the ultimate definition of success. however, life has other plans to teach me what success meant. In 2013, I found that I hated being at my corporate job. Status and money did not excite me. I believed that I was just wasting my time in exchange for money. The passion I have for fitness as well as my passion for socializing with other people led me to pursue a new career as an instructor. My business started in 2014, and I'll be celebrating seven years of growth this year, 2021. There are a few Asian women working in this industry. As an instructor, my aim is to inspire others to live a healthier and fulfilled life through creating healthy and sustainable living styles that meet the individual's goals and needs. I am also committed to empowering others so they can reach their goals, pursue their passions and live your life to the fullest. When my work was taking off, I experienced the most devastating loss in my entire life to datein the death of my mom. After an eight-year struggle with Scleroderma, she is currently resting on Heaven. I will never forget her, and continue to remember her in my mind and my heart. Even if you can't see it at first, life is a way of giving us what we really require. The death of my mother changed me so much and I am convinced that she offered me a second chance in life. Her death occurred at the age of 87 on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was her time to start the next chapter of her life. It was also a chance I was given a second chance at living the most happy, joyful and fulfilling life. As I enter my 30's, I feel more vibrant than I have ever. I am able to say that I live now instead of merely living just like I did previously. As I tell my story I hope that my words will resonate with those of yours. It is my wish that my words can help you realize that you're never truly alone. I believe that you are blessed with the ability to achieve whatever you want to achieve. As death is all we have in life I wish you a great time in the rest of your days and live without regrets.
